Orders

Filter usage

Filter life depends on the amount of water passed through the cartridge. We do not publish a fixed capacity unless it has been independently confirmed.

Product claims

Our activated-carbon filtration system is intended to reduce chlorine compounds associated with taste and smell.

We do not claim that the product removes lead or dissolved calcium and magnesium (limescale).

The product is intended for filtering drinking water and should not be represented as a skin or hair treatment.

Installation

The product is designed to attach to compatible taps without drilling, cutting or permanent plumbing modifications.

Customers should ensure that their tap is compatible before installation.

The product may not be compatible with pull-out spray heads, square spouts, or taps where the end cannot be removed.
