Refund policy
At AQUARA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to fix it—whether it’s a return, refund, or replacement.
1. Returns
We offer a 60-day return window from your purchase date so you can shop with confidence.

Refund Method: Issued to the original payment method or store credit.

Return Fee: A $10 handling fee will be deducted once the item is received and approved.

Return Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible, the item must be:

Returned with all original tags, packaging, and components

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Packed in a protective box (not just a dust cover)

Unaltered, and with barcodes intact if applicable
Returns missing components or showing use will be rejected and returned to you.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrived damaged or has a defect, we’ll make it right. No questions asked.

You’ll receive either a replacement or a full refund—your choice.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

5. Exchanges

6. Promotions & Discount Codes
Discounts apply only to orders placed through the original promotional email. We do not apply discounts retroactively.
7. Return Shipping Fee
