To be eligible for a return, the product should be returned in a reasonable condition and, where possible, with its original packaging and accessories.

If you experience a leak after installation, please contact us before continuing to use the product. We may ask you to refit the unit using one of the supplied spare washers. If the issue continues, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

If you cannot tell a meaningful difference between filtered and unfiltered water, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
